I’ve been working on this for the past week, and at this point it’s getting
closer to ‘ready for prime time.’

  1. It now builds on Windows/Linux/OS X.
  2. It now passes tests on all 3 platforms
  3. I’ve addressed the style issues Matt McCormick brought up.

TODO:

  1. Further streamline internal data structures.
  2. Make the thread pool optional at runtime
  3. Implement in MultipleMethodExecute. Currently only SingleMethodExecute.
  4. Real world testing for performance.

I need to turn to other work for a bit, but I’d be interested in getting
feedback on performance, code quality etc.
