Sounds depressing! Unfortunately (or fortunately), I'm chasing a copy for my "Worship in the Uniting Church" unit of study. Apparently it is out of print!(handy that!) Anyway, if anyone knows where I can source a copy I'd appreciate it. E-mail details please.
