Hi Pam, One I found useful, now in two parishes of totally different demographics, is the book by Raymond Brown, "acomming Christ in Advent", essays on the Gospel Narratives preparing for the birth of Jesus. Liturgical Press 1988. or by the same author "an Adult Christ at Christmas" Both worth a read anyway and we used a chapter at a time as a study resource.
