I might be willing to help with some of those features. - Create private groups. After join, admin must accept you (or decline you) to get in. ------ Maybe in a similar fashion to the private events? Add to minifeed activity when joined/leave a group (I'm not sure how to do it)
Anyway, I don't know what your plans are for synchronizing development. May be we should add those features you want to add as tasks on basecamp? I haven't seen any updates there.
