In photo.rb I changed the line that read
:resize_to => '240>',
to
:resize_to => '480>',
Now my pop images are twice as big. I'll see if can put a resize
constant into into config/initializers/global_constants.rb so I don't
have to edit the Photo model whenever I want to change the size the
uploaded photos get resized to.
