Thanks Settu. The Installation guide says to run "rake ultrasphinx:configure." I wonder if the ultrasphinx:bootstrap rake task is called from the ultrasphinx:configure task? If I get ambitious I'll try to poke around and see if if it does.
If what you say is true it seems to me it would be prudent to put it in the Installation guide.
