Hi Bernd,
the fix was delivered to Nevada/OpenSolaris build snv_27, so if
you want to install any build post-snv_27 you should be fine.

The backport for Solaris 10 was targeted at Update 3, but has not
yet been delivered. I don't know why.

As far as I'm aware, you should be able to use your Ultra-AXe
system with both Solaris 10 and OpenSolaris/Nevada, it's just
a problem with the keyboard driver which is preventing you from
using Solaris 10 with it.
