I left out my Merry Christas banner by mistake.  I have ASCII art all over
the servers when people login and go figure ... anyways .. yeah, it is
Christmas in a big way :-)

Where was I.  Oh yes. Apache and MySQL and PHP oh my. ( Read that while
watching the Wizard of Oz )

I don't know why or what is missing there. Possibly you just need to make
the directory yourself ? Possibly the package file is missing the required
entry in its prototype file.
