I've written a little java gui called solview, now in a new version at: http://www.petertribble.co.uk/Solaris/solview.html
Which shows: - Installed software and clusters, and can show dependencies - SMF services and status - general information about the system - and optionally information about the packages and clusters from a Solaris distribution (the DVD or a netinstall image) Comments, suggestions etc all welcome. My aim for the next version is to be able to interactively build up a jumpstart profile and play with it. And, given that I can do dependency resolution, it should be easy to get it to construct a jumpstart profile free of dependency conflicts. (Something that is very much a hit and miss affair with the interactive installer.) -- -Peter Tribble http://www.petertribble.co.uk/ - http://ptribble.blogspot.com/ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
