Interesting idea, I think I'd seen it other places, too, but it hadn't 
occurred to me to use it here.  We'll look into it.

Generally, that would be the case in the real implementation; this first 
prototype was mostly designed to get some very high-level reaction to 
the basic outline and ideas, so we didn't bother with some of the 
niceties like this.
