[install-discuss] Client getting default router information

Thanks a lot, we are using RARP, I did run rpc.bootparamd in debug mode but 
couldn't figure out how and from where (which file) it is grabbing the router 
info , please share if you have an idea as we want to tweak it a bit to try out 
the installation.
