Hi all, I first experienced this while booted off the DVD, but chalked it up to a bad DVD burn, and decided to Net boot to an interactive install instead.
I'm using a text installer over a serial console, and the installer hangs here: > > > > > > > > Solaris Initial Install > > > MBytes Installed: 742.63 > MBytes Remaining: 3860.14 > > Installing: SysKonnect PCI-FDDI Host Adapter > > > > > - > | | | | | | > 0 20 40 60 80 100 > > > > > I did choos ZFS root if that makes a difference. Off the DVD it didn't hang till later on (30+%). This machine has 8GB of ram, but the one I tried the DVD on only had 4GB. I don't know what other info might be useful, but if you ask, I can get it! -Kyle -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
