I just tried installing nvx_wos_75 Solaris Express Developer Edition onto a hp pavilion zv5000 and encountered the following error.
When selecting the Americas from the pull-down menu the program exits and core dumps. The Error message window shows ERROR: The New GUI Installer exited abnormally. You can try to restart the installer by running install-solaris from this terminal window. To use the old GUI Installer, you must reboot and choose the Solaris Express option from the GRUB menu.
