My supposition is the following: you must have a loghost ALIAS into
/etc/inet/hosts, that is on a line with a valid hostname (i.e. first
name after IP addr):

So if you put:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx myhost.domain.com loghost

and myhost.domain.com is a fake FQDN --> the loghost will be added to
a valid entry in hosts file.

Try to to put something like:

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx myhost  myhost.domain.com loghost
