Probably - next "Low Hanging Apple" is more appropriate then "Bottleneck" it this case.
We should keep in mind that there is natural limitation for performance improvement - we can not make it faster then whatever it takes to copy package files. I think we may deliver cpio archive to speed it up may be, because anyway we copy all of them at once or no one.
