Ok this is really messy :-), anywa y I'll log the fre for now.

Another option is to
identify the files that changed from FCS to say Ku 29
and have thenm added back by the patch
But every Ku or offending patch would need to do this via pkgcond 
is_netinstall_image

But I guess an infodoc that describes the issue and making the rev's of 
SUNWsibi available for download might also be workable.
I lot of extra hassle for customers, messy either way
