Of course I am talking only about "patchadd" - basic patching technology.
Example of using this 1. patchadd 111111-02 555555-06 333333-02 222222-08 or if all this patches are in local directory "/support/latest_patches" 2. patchadd -M /support/latest_patches. Other difference I did not mention is that in case of some patches not applicable to the system for one or other reason they will be just skipped and all applicable patches will be installed.
