        For desktops, I agree with you, but for my server at home
(yes, I have a server at home), being able to do a LU would be a big
help. My home server is currently SuSE 9.3 but I plan to move to
Soailrs 10 x86 when I get the time.

        As an admin, being able to do an upgrade with the _only_
outage being one reboot cycle means I don't have to work late nights
and weekends (our shop is an 8am - 8pm operation, not a 7x24).

        They never are, and the things you understand the least are
the ones that are the furthest from your expectations :-)
