It's not in the default PATH.  You need to add it yourself.  To do
this, see the documentation for your shell -- you probably want to set
it in your $HOME/.login or $HOME/.profile.

What's the same?

The /usr/ccs/bin directory is peculiar to Solaris.  The way in which
you set up PATH is somewhat common across UNIX systems.
