It would be so cool when I could upgrade my Solaris without actually putting info such as IP address, netmasks, DNS etc. If I am not going to use any services such as install from remote systems and just want to upgrade why am I asked those questions? Would it be so much simpler just to have it upgraded and not had to go trough so many "un necesary" steps? (most of the time when you upgrade you will keep DNS info the same, or NIS info that is the same, also you will most likely keep the same IP and netmasks...
Unless there is other way that I dont know about.. I am new to Solaris Express and maybe I've missed something. Thanks. Chris
