Yes which is a dup of 6670392 patchadd -M gives incorrect output, 
missing patches and so on
So basically if patchadd discovers a patch with no applicable packages ( 
ie none of it's packages are applicable ), patchadd will stop processing 
the rest of the list, and add only the patches that are applicable up to 
that point.

Can we see the full output of patchadd -M to be sure
