i installed SXDE 5/07 & 8/07.Both failed to work due to same reason.what
happened was
i installed sxde and i was told to reboot the
system.then there were messages which
lasted only 2 secs.what i noted was
(EE)Unable to locate ./open config file
New devices i810
Using default built in-configuration(57 lines)
(EE) Failed to load module : dbe (module doesn't exist)
(EE) Failed to load module : glx (module doesn't exist)
(EE) Failed to load module : record (module doesn't
exist)
(EE) Failed to load module : dri (module doesn't exist)
(EE) Failed to load module : IA (module doesn't exist)
(EE) Failed to load module : xtsol (module doesn't exist)
(EE) Failed to load module : fbdev (module doesn't exist)
(WW) I810 :No matching Device section for instance
