I've done a lot of reading, but I cannot find a definitive, straight answer to this question. If I have installed Nevada svn_81 and upgraded it to svn_82, do I still need to install SUNWcryr to get the system to recognize WPA encryption? It seems that these packages are no longer available, as they are not readily downloadable.
The primary problem I am attempting to solve is to get WPA working with my HP-DV5115NR Laptop which has a Broadcom 4318 NIC. Currently I can connect to WEP networks, but it does not recognize WPA networks when scanned. My two WAP's that are configured with WPA-TKIP show up in the dladm scan-wifi as WEP. I am assuming this has something to do with SUNWcryr, but I have no idea. I would appreciate the assistance of anyone who has gone through this process.
