The "recommended minimum" will be based on some criteria such that we 
expect users will be able to use and upgrade easily. There is also an 
absolute minimum size which is known to result in installation/boot 
failures. Disks that are too small will be marked and cannot be used for 
installation. Partitions will also be checked against this absolute 
minimum before installation can proceed.
