I don't think so. I don't think any of the packagedb code is actually reachable. (The tools build and link without it, if that's any indication.) Besides, there shouldn't be any such systems. That would only be some of the S10 beta (or express) releases from 18 months back. I don't know about support, but SX only has a 6-month RTU.
