Looks like Firefox doesn't shutdown itself for some

it without any activated addons:
can also enable
logging and check what is going on during shutdown.
You can run:
$ NSPR_LOG_MODULES=all:5 firefox

There's no positive changes with safe-mode. I've tried to disable all add-ons and
extension. Firefox starts, but only ones. If I close it, it wont start again and give me
the same Warning as mentioned above

Starting the FF in safe-mode from terminal also gives me the same
WARNING.

Furthermore, i tried to start "old" Firefox (i didn't re-link/usr/bin/firefox, but rename the
original to an firefox.old and add a new onefirefox which is linked
to~HOME/.apps/firefox/firefox) and get the same problem.

And another one. If I start FF from terminal and then close it (close the windows pressing
X), the terminal continue executing firefox. The terminal get "free" again ONLY if I'll
press CTRL + C. If I do so, i'm able to start FF again without any warnings...

P.S. Sorry for bad English
That warning is not really related to firefox not shutting down. Did you try to enable logging?
