Or compile them yourself, since the qmail code will probably require some of 
your "favorite" patches anyway.  Check here:

I also highly recommend using spamdyke as part of your qmail installation.

I've been using qmail since SunOS 4.1 through OpenSolaris b134 as my email 
workhorse without any issues.
