There is no such thing as OpenSolaris 10.0 (or any OpenSolaris at this
point).  What you've probably downloaded (since you say you installed
full package with OEM support and the pkg command is not found) is
Solaris 10.  Solaris 10 does not come with or support pkg/IPS, it uses
the SVR4 pkgadd and friends.
