Here's what we are going to do with this topic.
First, we need to look at the revised proposal, and determine what, if
any, remaining issues there are wrt. discussions we had in Vancouver. I
have asked the DHC WG to do this, and there is a slot for discussion in
their Tuesday's meeting. The analysis will probably continue on their
list after the meeting.
One we understand what the remaining issues are, we will ask re-start
the discussion of whether this is a reasonable approach for the IETF to
pursue. This will happen on the INTAREA list.
