Hi,

Following the discussion between RTGWG and Intarea, we move the ARP YANG
model draft to Intarea and request WG adoption.

This draft was previously a WG document in RTGWG, named
'draft-ietf-rtgwg-arp-yang-model-06', focusing on the ARP YANG model.

It was first adopted by RTGWG in August 2018, but stalled for years due to
the lack of equivalent IPv6 YANG. The draft resumed in July 2024, together
with the new submission of the IPv6 ND YANG model draft (which was adopted
by RTGWG in March 2025) . We believed the draft is stable, as the last
several revisions only introduced editorial changes, so we requested the WG
LC in RTGWG session at IETF 122.

With the discussion started in RTGWG session at IETF 123, the IPv6 ND YANG
model draft has since been moved to 6man, and we are now resubmmitting the
ARP YANG model draft to Intarea.
