I just posted a new version of the IPREF draft

There are only minor updates, clarifications mostly.
More importantly, IPREF is now a reality. We built a gateway and tested
it in an early Internet test environment. We can communicate directly
IPv4/IPv6 including NAT traversal over either IPv4 or IPv6 Internet in
every combination listed in chapter 4.2 of the draft. Everything works.
There is a fully operational open source implementation on github.
We also have a fully functional demo in the Internet. Let me know if you
want to play with it.
