Hello, I'm experimenting with i915 kernel module to fix the problem with different brightness of LVDS displays when connected together via Chrontel SDVO converters. My biggest problem is that I simply can't find the place in code where the mode is set. I seem to find the place where the device is initialized, but it's still unclear where settings of current mode is set to certain SDVO output (i.e. resolution, refresh rate etc.) and where LVDS settings are set in case it's SDVO-LVDS converter.
