The header file drmP.h have been deprecated and this
set include a patch to remove the use of drmP.h in
all files in drm/panel/*.
The patchset has been build tested with x86, arm, ++
in various configs.
There is a flux of incoming panels, and removing
use of drmP.h from existing files will hopefully
set the trend that new panels do not try to
reintroduce the drmP.h header file.
For all files touched the following was done:
- include files divided up in blocks in following order:
linux/*
video/*
drm/*
""
- within each block the include files are sorted alphabetically
A trivial patch to remove an unused variable in a struct
as a separate patch.
v2:
- Dropped patches to use DRM_DEV_*.
They were discussed but no final conclusion
- Rebased on latest drm-misc-next
