Hi I trying to track down some info about a special type of electrostatic rotation.

This have been discoursed previously on keelynet but the references given then where to Ether-Technology by Rho Sigma. Does anyone know where Tesla reported this ? The article itself gives no references. Another similar experiment is this http://jnaudin.free.fr/html/rambspin.htm The experiment should be do to Dr. M. Rambaut but again the is no reference to where M. Rambaut reports this. Info about other equivalent experiments is also very welcome. Thanks Knud
