It seems this windows 10 update has intoroduced some bug i do not know
how to workaround.
Decimal symbol is '.' in the settings. Why it stops then?

settings. Again.
Is there any way to stop the debugger from breaking? Why is it
breaking? It does not show any error messages. Application Output is
empty also.
