You either didn't have everything or one of the packages was actually buggy. Please confirm you had xkbcommon and xkbcommon-x11. For implementation reasons, it will never get empty and will have misleading entries. For example, it will tell you it hasn't found PCRE2, despite the section above this saying it has found WrapPCRE2 and WrapSystemPCRE2.
