TimeTicks are now supported in InterMapper 4.0.2 (in a build not yet released).

TimeTicks values will be displayed in the popup window as a 3-unit long string, e.g. "3 hours, 2 minutes, 2 seconds", or "2 days, 3 hours, 4 minutes".

I was just constructing a custom probe to monitor a GroupWise Post Office Agent. One of the OIDs is Uptime, with a type of "timeticks".

I tried to add it to my custom probe, but IM shows a [N/A] in the popup window, and the debug log says "SNMPReaderParseVariable: Unrecognized SNMP type: (SNMP_TimeTicks)".

The server that the POA is running on has an uptime, and it shows up in the top part of the popup window under Up Time. However, the POA software ALSO has an uptime in the private enterprise MIB for Novell, and it's not necessarily the same.

Any chance you can let custom probes display timetick variables in the popup window?
