First off, great response time on my last two custom probe questions (hyperlinks in
probe descriptions, and support for timetick variables). You guys must be reading my
mind :)
I've hit another small snag working with custom probes.
I'm creating a custom TCP probe, and I want to display some information in the
<script-output> section. It works fine for static data, but I can't get it to display
parameters.
For example, the following text:
<script-output>
<<4>>Device being monitored:<<0>> ${Monitored device}
</script-output>
produces the following output in the popup window:
Device being monitored: (NOT FOUND: Monitored device)
This variable works fine in the <script> portion of the probe.
Any ideas?
