We
found a plugin for the Ethernet, compiled it, placed the files in
the Tools directory. We alco placed a copy of the check_temptraxe file in the
/usr/local/nagios/libexec directory on the chance that the code would be called
from there.
We set up IM with the Nagios command
mrtg_temptraxe check_temptraxe!216.169.0.9!1!80!90
This
should report the status of the first probe. However IM reports an error
executing the command.

Has anyone gotten either of these probes to work with the
probe is attached to an Ethernet port, rather than a serial port? Both plugins
we looked at have no support for the TempTrax Ethernet connection, at least that
we can see.
