Thanks for the note. We have had other requests for the ability to authenticate against external directory servers such as Radius, LDAP, and others. It's on our list of possible enhancements, but it's not a scheduled project.
We would like to know how many people would find this facility useful. What server(s) would be important for you? Many thanks!
