Adding a large number of maps makes it somewhat hard to get an overview on the webserver.
I would like to suggest that maps can be 'nested', allowing one map to be 'parent' (like the one with the IM server on it..) and then assigning the other maps as children under each other.
This should be possible to do automatic, so if one map is added to a map with a Map Status probe, the map becomes a child of the map with the probe on it.
That would allow a map list like this:
• Austria
• Backbone Overview
• Denmark
• Denmark-CPH
• Finland
• France
• Germany
• Ireland
• Netherlands
• NetPoint DK
• Norway
• Poland
• RDSAS St. Helen
• Slovakiet
• Sweden
• United Kingdom
to look like this:
• Backbone Overview
- Austria
- Denmark
- Denmark-CPH
- NetPoint DK
- Finland
- France
- Germany
- Hamburg
- Ireland
- RDSAS St. Helen's
- Netherlands
- Norway
- Poland
- Slovakiet
- Sweden
- United Kingdom
Also, it would be nice to have UP / DOWN / Warning stats after the map names, like:
- Denmark [UP: 25, Down: 2, Warn: 4]
What do you say?
