Thank you for taking care of explaining what happens. I would just say I find this 
unfortunate, since I like to have file modification dates reflect the last time the 
information in them has been modified. So, if saving the window position is considered 
important, I would prefer that moving the window would make the file dirty, and 
candidate for explicit saving. But no systematic changes please.
