I think I need some help configuring IM to monitor the utilization of a port on a managed switch. The switch is a Dell 3324, and I'd like to chart the incoming and outgoing utilization. I've got the port specifically showing on the map, and Intermapper shows the marching ants between the switch and the port, but the statistics pop-up box shows all utilization at 0%.
