Is it possible to use a command line request, script, etc to set a timed acknowledgment? I would like to give support staff the ability to turn off notices for a time during a planned or prolonged outage. Giving them a copy of IM remote provides too much control.
There is no way to do this that I'm aware of.
Ideally, this would be allowed via the web interface.
This idea has been floated by other users as well, and it is on our list of enhancements to consider in the future.
