Howdy all again (I'm just going nuts here...). Are there known limits on the number of OIDs that can be polled/displayed in a custom probe? I am working on a probe for our M-13 DS3 multiplexers that polled five OIDs for each T1 (28 of them) and, of course, displayed them. Ultimately, I wanted to set alarm thresholds on those performance stats and then notifications for when those thresholds were exceeded. I got all done with the probe, copied it to the probes folder and when I told Intermapper to reload probes, the service just died without any errors. I wasn't sure if it was an OID limit or if there was a display limit. Either way, can I get around this somehow?

Jesse-
I am sure that the IM crew will have ideas but we have polled/displayed “many” OIDs..
One item that comes to mind is possibly limiting the number of OIDs at a time-
<snmp-device-properties>
maxvars = "20"
</snmp-device-properties>
If you haven’t tried the ‘debug access’ please take a look at-
http://www.intermapper.com/docs/WebHelp/ch5-infowindows/debug.html
Once in debug you can turn on/off different helpful information to pin down issues.
