I do not believe that what you are looking for is something that can be customized. I am passing on your email to the developers as an enhancement request for adding the ACK message to the "Error" page on the web.

Many of the staff using InterMapper have been asking how to see the ack messages with out having to click on each device.
I could not find any way of doing it looking at the web page macro reference.
