Hi All,
One feature I miss with the graphs - is to be able to make them
'relative' so to speak.
Say, I would like to graph the following data and get a nice picture:
Server Round-trip-time: milli-sec value
DSL utilization: Percent value
Number of Users: Integer, 0-200 or so..
Now, if I put these on the same graph, the users & percentage will
drown in case the RT time goes above 50-100msec.
So, it would be cool, if we could have these different types of data
chartet on the same graph, but with their 'own' Y-axis
That way, I could lock the percentage to never go above 100%, see
that Users is in range 1-20 and RT time has whooped to 1500ms, while
still get a detailed picture of the two former data.
This will also provide a strong real-time overview of the different
data types, if you need such detail (and I sometimes find it nice!)
How this is done, I will leave up to the developers - but a flash
before my mind here could be:
1: Set up different graphs as we do today.
2: 'Merge' the different graphs into one 'view'.
- Make it so we can Dis/enable each graph in the new view, as we can
today with individual data on a graph.
As always, comments are welcome..
