Does it possible to monitor the proxy service for a proxy server by

I think that InterMapper will need to have a Proxy SSL probe ? Is
it correct ?
It depends on the type of HTTPS proxy server. Is the proxy designed
to decrypt, apply policy, then re-encrypt the https traffic? Or is it
a HTTPS (CONNECT) proxy, where the proxy server basically tunnels the
HTTPS request without any analysis of the contents?
We have sent you a custom TCP probe for the former approach (proxy as
man-in-the-middle). It is not possible to implement a TCP probe that
implements the latter; InterMapper's TCP probe scripting language
doesn't support TLS upgrade with the CONNECT command. Your only
choice for the latter approach is to write a command-line probe.
What type of HTTPS proxy server do you want to monitor?
