when I am connecting host interfaces to switch ports, how do I get a host to stay connected to a port on a switch that does not have a vlan interface in the same subnet as the host? the host keeps reverting to the vlan interface on the router.
i.e. router has vlan 66 and 166, switch has an IP interface in vlan 66 but only has layer two connections to vlan 166.
