The custom icons in the default set were altered in 4.5b4 to remove
excess non-grey colors. However, if you've run previous beta's, you
won't get the new icons; you're still using the old ones. To fix
this, follow these steps:
1. Stop the InterMapper Server.
2. Locate the Default folder located within the InterMapper Settings/
Custom Icons folder, and remove it.
3. Locate the Default.zip file located within the InterMapper
Settings/Custom Icons folder and remove it also.
4. Restart the InterMapper Server.
5. In each InterMapper/IMRemote, clear the icon cache as follows:
a. Choose Client Log from the Help menu (Help -> Diagnostics ->
Client Log)
b. With the Client Log in front, choose "Clear icon cache" from
the Misc menu.
6. Quit and relaunch InterMapper/IMRemote.
Your Default icons should appear correctly now (at least, the ones
that are supposed to be greyscale).
